Attendance: Estimated 90 - 100 Guests plus 35 Exhibitors
(Estimated number is because Welcome Booth could not catch everyone as they entered
the big double doors! Next time we will have 2 Welcome Hosts, one on each side!)
About the expo:
InFIT offered us a fabulous evening!! Green garlands and Christmas lights decorated the walls and romantic music filled the air! 35 exhibitors filled 6 rooms and each room had it's own colorful poster and romantic name. Names like "Romantic Dinner," Dancing in the Moonlight," Weekend Getaway," etc. Guests were given an Exhibitor Visiting Ticket and they needed 2 signatures from exhibitors in every room to qualify for the Grand Prize. Although it was a beastly cold evening, Guests turned out in record numbers! There were so many guests that the Welcome Booth could not even get everyone counted before they walked on by to enjoy the expo! We actually counted 88, so we know it is not exagerating to guess we had over 100 people! A new record for Metro Mini Expos! Sadly though, I forgot to take pictures to share the evening with all of you!!!! I'm still adding it to the Past Photos page though because it was a truly wonderful evening and I had to share the details with you as much as possible!
