How to Register for Booth Space
Step 1 - Exhibitor Pre-Approval Page
Click the following link to go to the Exhibitor Pre-Approval page to apply for booth space! Location Host will review your application and you will be notified if you are accepted or declined.

Step 2 - Registration (Go to password protected Registration page after Approval)
Once
your Pre-Approval is accepted by the Location Host, your acceptance email will include the
password to the Exhibitor Registration page on our website where you can
register and make payment by credit or debit card online. You will also
be emailed a copy of the Registration Form and ST-19 Sales Tax form
which allows you the option to mail the forms and the payment if you
prefer.
NOTE: The Exhibitor Registration page has locked access. If you click on the page, the software will automatically cause you to be routed off of the website. Just click the Back Button in your browser to return to the MME website. This is because you must be accepted by the Location Host to be in their expo before you can enter the Exhibitor Registration page to secure your booth space.

About Event Photography
At each Expo photos will be taken to capture the spirit of the event to
share on the Past Expos Photos page on the MME website.
All photos on the Past Expos Photos page can be right clicked and saved to your own computer.
We also offer all our Exhibitors many free photography bonus options for you to enhance your own photographic marketing material portfolios. Just let us know if you are interested in any of these additional services.
1. We will take a picture of any Exhibitor and your booth.
2. We can also arrange to "stage" an action photo at your booth. Just find a willing volunteer to look happy and interested while you sell them your product and we will take a posed, but candid looking photo of you selling to your happy customers.
3. A head shot of each Exhibitor can also be taken. This head shot can also be used as a thumbnail shot whenever you submit a testimonial of your experience as an Exhibitor at a mini expo. Testimonials are posted on the MME website Exhibitor Testimonials page and can include your business information, a photo and a link to your website. Metro Mini Expos website has enjoyed over 9000 visitors as of March 1, 2011! Another marketing bonus for you!
After each event any additional photos you arranged will be emailed to you
for you to enjoy and use in your marketing however you wish.
