How to Apply for Booth Space

Step 1 - Pre-Approval
Fill out the Pre-Approval form for the Expo you would like to exhibit in. Write a detailed description of your services or product so we can insure diversity of Exhibitors at each Expo. Your application is then sent to the Location Host for consideration.
After a few days, you will receive an email either accepting or declining your request. If you are declined, simply continue to send in Pre-Approval applications for upcoming Expos that seem to suit your business. These are Mini Expos and tend to fill up fast, but we are offering 2-4 Expos per month so there will be plenty of opportunites for everyone! Everyone on our Newsletter mailing list will receive regular updates when new Expos are posted.
Step 2 - Registration (Go to password protected Registration page after Approval)
Once your Pre-Approval is accepted by the Location Host, your acceptance email will include the password to the Exhibitor Registration page on our website where you can register and make payment by credit or debit card online. You will also be emailed a copy of the Registration Form and ST-19 Sales Tax form which allows you the option to mail the forms and the payment if you prefer.
NOTE: The Exhibitor Registration page has locked access. If you click on the page, the software will automatically cause you to be routed off of the website. Just click the Back Button in your browser to return to the website. This inconvenience is currently being studied to discover if there is a better way to create limited access to registration to allow for the pre-approval process. Thank you for your patience.

This insures that each Exhibitor has the full attention of
each guest who attends the Expo.
Metro Mini Expos hosts 2-4 Expos per month year round,
so there will be plenty of Expo opportunities for everyone!
