Summary of Services
I am a FREE Expo Organizer. I host Mini Expos of 15 - 20 exhibitors in small businesses throughout the Metro area 2-4 times per month. These expos are either Wellness Expos or Ladies Night Out type of expos, or a combination of both. Many kinds of businesses enjoy hosting these events like gyms, chiropractors, yoga studios, dance studios and beauty salons who benefit by gaining new customers from the event! A new and unique marketing strategy!
I organize the event, find and enlist the exhibitors (and submit them to you for final approval), create print, email and social networking marketing which is distributed to everyone exhibiting in the expo, post on the Internet, send press releases to select newspapers and magazines, provide flyers for you to post throughout the neighborhood of the location, host the event and more!!! The only responsibilities of the Location Host are to help promote the event, staff the Welcome Booth at the event and obtain and give away the prizes, which is very easy with tools MME will provide for you. The exhibitors provide the entertainment for the event with their unique and interesting products, services and demos! The exhibitors pay a fee for the booth spaces (often $45) and that is how this is a FREE service for you!
On my website you can see announcements about Upcoming Expos and this page is where your Expo would be announced to my ever growing data base of exhibitors. You can also see photos of Past Expos and get a sense of what a small business location looks like when it is full of exhibitors and guests. You can also see examples of all the colorful and engaging flyers I have created which I turn into both printable formats and email marketing invitations for everyone participating in the event to send out to their contacts on the Expo Flyers page.
