Location Host Contract Agreement
Free Expo Organizing Service
I understand that MME is offering their expo organizing services to me free of charge and that MME is charging the exhibitors a fee to be in the expo. I understand I receive no commission on the exhibitor fees.
Photography Consent
The Location Host grants Metro Mini Expos permission to use any photograph, audio or videotape taken at any event for general use in their advertising such as website development, video presentations, newsletters, printed ads, etc.
Hold Harmless Agreement
I will not hold the Exhibitors or Metro Mini Expos, its agents, employees or officers, responsible for loss or damage of Location Host wares, exhibits, or personal property or for loss or injury caused by products sold, or exhibited by Exhibitors.
In addition, I expressly release Metro Mini Expos and the Exhibitors, from any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of this space or the participation in this event by me, the Location Host.
Release is Binding
I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to all the terms of
the foregoing Location Host Terms and Policies and the Location Host Contract Agreement
